The intervention took place in a guest house of notable architectural quality; dedicated to the reception of international visitors. The site encompassed a few structures dating back to the 12th century, conferring it significant historical value that involved a series of specific restrictions in terms of construction. These demanded particular effort in the process of advancing the project through the preliminary bureaucracy required to grant its specific requests. It was this distinctive capacity of S29 that enabled the completion of the pool area and leisure spaces dedicated to the guests of the hotel.
